I came up with this idea for my hubby and I to take turns finding a new recipe we think sounds good and alternating each Saturday cooking dinner. I have never had many skills in the kitchen and he is an awesome cook so I thought it would be a great opportunity for me to learn. Saturday Night Dinners was born and we are 4 weeks into it and we are LOVING it. Last night was my turn and I chose to make a healthier take on Chicken Cordon Bleu. It was really good and once I do it a few times it will be really quick and easy. The recipe was dangerously incorrect as it instructed to cook the chicken for 5-7 minutes but that was easily amended and after a half hour of baking, the chicken was amazing!
